Welcome to airsuper ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://airsuper.io, related services, applications, and subscription offerings (collectively, the "Services").

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Maharashtra jurisdiction), without regard to conflict of law principles and subject to mandatory local laws of your country if applicable.
• If you are a resident outside India, you may also bring claims in the jurisdiction where you reside, to comply with local consumer protection laws.
