At airsuper, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel your subscription.

1. Free Plan

We offer a free plan that you can use for as long as you like. The Refund Policy below applies only to paid subscription plans.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscription purchases.

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase date. Refunds granted under this policy are limited to one per customer.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal or recurring payments made after the first billing cycle.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Promotional credits, coupons, free trials, or plans purchased during special discounts.
  • Charges made in error that are older than 60 days.

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of airsuper. Abuse of this policy may lead to account termination.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you paid using a prepaid card, virtual card, or other non-refundable payment method, refunds may not be possible depending on the processor.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless requested within the eligible 7-day window.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may lead to account closure. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through our authorized Merchant of Record (such as Paddle or Stripe). Their terms may apply to your payment and refund, including any applicable foreign transaction or service fees.
